GETTING HERE
Step free access is available via the main entrance leading to the box office and auditorium.
Accessible parking is available in nearby public car parks.
If you need assistance on arrival, please speak to a member of staff or contact us in advance.
INSIDE THE VENUE
Wheelchair spaces are available to the rear of the auditorium located next to a step free fire escape. Accessible seating can be purchased online for all our events.
Accessible toilets are located in the foyer. Please ask a member of staff for assistance.
Please note their is no accessibility to the first floor of the building to the theatre office or Interval Suite.
PERFORMANCES & SERVICES
Assisted listening services including a hearing loop system are available at the majority of our events and can be used on request.
Guide dogs & assistant dogs are welcome.
Relaxed performances are designed for audiences who prefer a more informal atmosphere, with adjusted lighting, sound levels, and a relaxed approach to movement and noise.
Sensory information will be noted on event pages where applicable.
ACCESSIBLE PRICING
We understand that some audience members require additional support to be able to enjoy our venue. To ensure every one of our events is inclusive, we’re able to offer discounted Essential Companion tickets to accompany individuals with disabilities.
To beneift from the scheme, we may ask for proof, such as a DLA/PIP letter, Blue Badge, or an Access Card.
