In collaboration with Munro Film, join coach Tim Denyer and ocean swimmer Mark Sowerby for a special advance UK screening, alongside a live Q&A.

Across five continents and seven of the world’s most brutal channels, Australian swimmer Mark Sowerby takes on the Oceans Seven, an ordeal as unforgiving as Everest, but in open water. No cage. No wetsuit. No escape. Just man against Mother Nature.

After a life-changing event leaves him struggling with uncertainty, coach Tim Denyer pushes Mark to turn anguish into purpose. To survive, he must keep his stroke rate consistent, don’t splash too much, and keep his heart rate down – Don’t Be Prey.

Over a decade of relentless pursuit, from the icy Irish Sea to the shark-patrolled waters of Hawaii, Mark pushes human endurance to its limits. What unfolds is not only a quest for survival but a profound journey of resilience and healing.
