Box Office Training (2:00pm)

We would like to open the Box Office at the theatre for additional hours. To help with this, we are offering training for those volunteers interested in getting involved.
These sessions will go through an introduction to TicketSolve, processing ticket sales, viewing customer accounts, managing customer membership and processing refunds.
The Box Office Training will be compulsory for all volunteers who wish to get involved, this includes existing volunteers.
As of 1st January 2026, only those who have taken part in the training will be able to man the desk.
We are hosting 3 sessions in November & December 2025 and will look into scheduling additional sessions in 2026. For any additional information, please contact dm@gatewaytheatre.co.uk
